NOCX MobileDesk is designed to separate NOCX account/licensing data from the private data inside a customer’s local mobile environment.

What NOCX may process

Account identifiers, subscription and payment references, registered-device metadata, product version, security logs and support-ticket information may be processed to operate and secure the service.

Third-party app credentials

NOCX does not design its control plane to collect passwords entered inside third-party Android applications. Those credentials remain within the customer’s isolated runtime environment subject to the underlying app and Android components.

Support

Billing support tickets may contain customer-submitted information and processor references needed to investigate a payment or entitlement issue. Customers should never submit passwords or one-time codes.

Retention schedules, processor disclosures and statutory rights will be finalized before general public launch.
